SHIPPING POLICY
Transportation scope:
MIGLIO 5792's furniture products can be shipped to most locations around the world. No matter where you are, we will do our best to provide you with reliable transportation services. However, we may not be able to ship to some of these specific destinations due to restrictions or regulations in certain areas. If your address is not within our service area, our customer service team will contact you to find a solution.
Shipping method:
We work with reliable logistics partners to give you a variety of shipping options and can offer a range of shipping services to ensure your furniture arrives safely. For economic and safety reasons, sea shipping is generally chosen by default. The specific transportation method will be determined based on the content of your order, destination and feasibility. After arriving, you can pick it up through the door to door service or the freight center. Of course, you can also provide logistics transportation and services yourself.
Transportation time:
We will process and arrange shipping as soon as possible after receiving the order. Generally, after the production of customized furniture is completed, we will arrange transportation in about 20-30 days. Shipping time will vary depending on your destination, selected shipping method and inventory status. Depending on the region, the goods arrive at the destination in 7-30 days. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time for your order so you can plan accordingly.
 
Transportation costs:
Shipping charges will be based on the contents of your order, destination and shipping method selected. During the checkout process you will be able to clearly see the applicable shipping charges. We will try our best to provide reasonable shipping fees, and will regularly evaluate and adjust the fee structure to ensure fairness and reasonableness.
Shipping tracking:
Once your order ships, we will provide you with a shipping number and keep you in touch so you can always know the status of your order. You can enter the shipping tracking number through our website or logistics partner's platform to get real-time shipping updates. It takes 7-30 days for the goods to arrive at the destination, depending on the region. We will be happy to assist you to ensure you are able to track and understand the progress of your order's shipment.

Our team carefully inspects every order and ensures all shipping items arrive in perfect condition.
